Return Period
You can request a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

• Damages such as breaks, scratches, tears, etc. on the frame or poster caused by user error are not included in the return.

• Returns are not possible for special size or personalized design products.

Return Process

2. After receiving approval, send the product to us in its original packaging.

3. Once the product reaches us, the refund will be made within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

• The MinusPlus Collector pays for the return shipping.

• In case of damaged/wrong shipment, the shipping costs are covered by us .

We can exchange the same product with a different size or frame color depending on stock availability.
