Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time and Preparation

  • Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For personalized products, this period may be extended by +2-3 business days.

2. Cargo Company & Tracking

  • Your orders are sent via our contracted carrier [MNG / Yurtiçi / Aras / PTT Cargo].

  • When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via e-mail or SMS.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fee for orders within Türkiye: Shipping is free for orders over 750 TL, a flat shipping fee (79 TL) is applied for orders below.

  • Currently, shipping is only available within Türkiye.

4. Packaging

  • Since our products are framed and glassed, they are packaged with special shock absorbing material.

  • This ensures that it is not damaged during the shipping process.

5. Damage/Missing Product Status

  • Please check the package when receiving your cargo.

  • If you detect damage to your package during delivery, be sure to file a report with the courier. If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a video taken at the time of delivery.

  • Once approved, the item will be reshipped free of charge or a refund will be issued.

6. Delivery Time

  • Deliveries within Istanbul generally take 1-2 business days and 2-5 business days to other cities.

  • Delays may occur during public holidays and busy periods (Eid, New Year's Eve).
